The laser board separation machine is an electronic manufacturing equipment that achieves non-contact precise cutting with high-energy laser beams. It is mainly used for PCB/FPC board separation and has core advantages such as micrometer-level accuracy, no mechanical stress, and high yield rate. It is widely applied in the fields of consumer electronics and automotive electronics. Working principle of the laser board splitting machine: Utilizing green light/ultraviolet laser sources to generate high-energy beams, which are focused onto the material surface through the mirror system, causing instantaneous vaporization to form the cutting path (with an accuracy of up to 25 μm). Technical advantages of the laser board splitting machine: Compared to traditional milling cutter cutting, there is no mechanical stress damage (productivity increases by 6%), it supports three-dimensional path planning, and the cutting speed reaches 10,000 holes per second.
The PCB Splitter (Printed Circuit Board Splitter), also known as a PCB cutting machine, is a mechanical device used to separate a laminated circuit board into individual units. It is mainly applied in the electronics manufacturing industry. This equipment operates based on the principle of tool movement for segmentation. Common types include the cutting tool type, milling tool type, punching type, and laser PCB splitter. Among them, the milling tool type PCB splitter is equipped with a high-speed electric spindle to achieve precise cutting, while the laser type is suitable for ultra-thin or flexible boards. The equipment adjusts to different size PCB boards through a touch-controlled five-stage cutting travel. It is equipped with a double-sided panel support structure and a vertical rear guard design to ensure the flatness of the cutting surface and the lifespan of the cutter wheel. The pneumatic design avoids shear stress and supports a 0-2mm cutter wheel gap adjustment. The distance between the upper and lower cutters can be precisely adjusted to accommodate the differences in V-slot depth. The safety mechanism includes machine light sensors, emergency stop switches, and a guard plate, meeting the requirements of the "Made in China 2025" strategy for intelligent automation equipment. The cutting accuracy is ±0.1mm, enabling efficient production in consumer electronics, medical equipment, and new energy equipment manufacturing.
