Solid-State Battery Equipment Suite

Four core machines covering the complete solid-state battery manufacturing workflow — from material preparation to densification, inspection, and metal surface treatment.

Complete Equipment Line

Each machine addresses a critical step in the solid-state battery production process, designed for R&D labs and pilot-to-mass production lines.

Keli400 Warm Isostatic Press
Core Equipment

Keli400 — Warm Isostatic Press (WIP)

Based on Pascal's principle, the Keli400 WIP achieves densification for all-solid-state batteries. It improves interface density, eliminates internal voids, and enhances component contact. The mid-temperature operating range boosts interface density while avoiding high-temperature side reactions, with relatively low energy consumption and cost — ideal for industrial-scale solid-state battery production.

Keli300 Micro-Focus X-ray CT
Inspection

Keli300 — Micro-Focus 3D X-ray CT

Equipped with a high-resolution large-area flat panel detector and micro-focus X-ray source, the Keli300 performs non-destructive internal defect inspection after WIP encapsulation. High-clarity, wide-dynamic-range imaging reveals fine internal structures and defects. Quick switching between radioscopy and CT modes supports flexible inspection requirements.

Keli12 Laser Cladding Machine
Metal Processing

Keli12 — Laser Cladding Machine

Based on laser technology for solid-state battery metal surface repair and welding. Uses Nd³⁺:YAG crystal as the working medium, emitting 1064μm wavelength laser for Li metal component surface repair — restoring damaged surfaces and extending service life.

Keli500 Nano Planetary Mill
Material Processing

Keli500 — Nano Planetary Mill

A robust floor-standing production-grade mill with 4 grinding stations, accommodating 500 mL grinding jars. Applied to solid-state battery wet electrode material and electrolyte mixing, mechanochemical ultra-fine colloidal grinding, and routine mixing/homogenization tasks.

  • Grinding Stations4 (500 mL jars)
  • Max Input Size< 10 mm
  • Output Fineness< 0.1 μm (colloidal)
  • Sun Wheel Speed30 – 400 min⁻¹
  • Sun Wheel Diameter300 mm
  • Grinding MediaZirconia (ZrO₂)
  • Drive Power1.5 kW

Application Workflow

The four machines work together in a streamlined solid-state battery production process.

Step 1 — Material Prep

Keli500 Nano Planetary Mill grinds electrode materials and solid electrolytes to sub-micron scale for optimal slurry quality.

Step 2 — Densification

Keli400 WIP applies warm isostatic pressure to achieve high-density solid-state cells with excellent interfacial contact.

Step 3 — QC Inspection

Keli300 X-ray CT performs non-destructive 3D inspection of internal structures, detecting voids, cracks, and delamination.

Step 4 — Metal Treatment

Keli12 Laser Cladding repairs and welds lithium metal surfaces, ensuring clean, defect-free contacts for battery assembly.
